Lesson Cancellation Policy

• You must give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without losing your lesson credit

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will lose the lesson credit

Expiration Policy

• Your purchased lesson credits never expire

• Gift cards and coupon codes expire after one year

Refund Policy

Regular Lessons:

• Full refund available before the lesson takes place

• Single lessons can be refunded if you're unsatisfied after taking the lesson

Gift Cards:

• Non-refundable

• Can be transferred to another student for guitar, piano, bass, or songwriting lessons
